Our 2026 Training Schedule is live on the website, registrations are rolling in, and we’re excited to kick off another impactful year of EMDR trainings. Are you ready?

• Understanding (when you're on the “available and will-call” list for a while, and sometimes not confirmed until the last minute—or not at all)

A Few Key Notes Before You Dive Into the Survey:

Rhyme & Reason for the 2026 Season
We’ve scheduled 45 Basic Trainings across the year. Out of 52 weekends:

• 18 are off-limits (holidays, conferences)
• 26 are viable based on trainer availability

We build the schedule with intention—balancing time zones, W1/W2 gaps for consultation hours, and leaving room for the unexpected.

Virtual vs. In-Person
All trainings are currently listed as virtual, with the option to convert to in-person if conditions align. There are many moving parts behind that decision—trust me, lots.

Available, On-Call, Confirmed
As in previous years, participant registration trends mean we often confirm facilitators closer to the event date. To stay fair and responsive, we’ll maintain a list of available facilitators for each training. I aim to confirm 3 facilitators per event through June, then add more as registrations grow.

The Jenga of It All
To streamline scheduling, please indicate which weekends you anticipate being available to facilitate. Your responses will feed into a magical spreadsheet I consult about 100 times a day. I may shift you across time zones, flip you from W1 to W2, or ask you to take a FIT—so thank you in advance!

You Might Be Wondering…

How many gigs can I expect in 2026?
My magic 8-ball says: “As many as registrations warrant.” I do my best to be equitable, but many factors influence assignments. I’d love to confirm everyone months in advance with a perfect W1/W2 balance—but alas, it’s a game of Jenga (and Tetris, and throw in a little Rubix Cube)!

If I mark myself available for a weekend, am I confirmed?
No—not an automatic confirmation. But if you’re marked available, I’ll reach out as registrations flow in.

What if I’m unsure about a weekend?

• Available: Check the box
• Unavailable or Unsure: Leave it blank
