I registered for a basic training event. What are the next steps?

Congratulations, you have taken the first step! After successful processing of your order, you will receive the following items in your inbox within a few minutes.

Weekend 1 Training

• a payment receipt from Authorize.Net confirming the financial transaction and the fees charged to your credit card
• a Registration Confirmation from us with the training details (training, date, time zone, trainer, ticket type and fees paid)
• Automated email #1: “EMDR Training: What to Expect” with the link to the Resource Page, where all training information is located (this is a revolving page and is updated on Monday of the training week with the current training Zoom links)
• Automated email #2: ‘IMPORTANT NEXT STEPS: Confirm Contact Information and Sign Participant’s Agreement…”(required).
• Zoom link available on the Resource Page which is updated on the Monday of your training week.

Weekend 2 Training

• a payment receipt from Authorize.Net confirming the financial transaction and the fees charged to your credit card
• a Registration Confirmation from us with the training details (training, date, time zone, trainer, ticket type and fees paid)
• Automated email#1: “Review Contact Information – Basic Training Weekend Two” with instructions to confirm and update your registration information, and the link to the Resource Page, where all training information is located (this is a revolving page and is updated on Monday of the training week with the current training Zoom links)
• Automated email#2: Subsequent reminder emails will be sent leading up to the training. Please keep an eye out for them!

Please check your junk/spam folder, and ‘promotions folder (Gmail) if you do not see them in your inbox. Contact our office right away if you do not see them. Your email server may be blocking them and we will need an alternate address. Emails are sent within a few minutes of registering!
